Cabinet Return & Exchange Policy
We want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. Please review the following policy to ensure a smooth experience:
Unassembled Cabinets:
Unassembled cabinets must remain in their original flat-pack packaging to qualify for a return. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns of unassembled cabinets to cover inspection and restocking costs.
Assembled Cabinets:
Returns cannot be accepted for any assembled products.
Damages, Shortages, or Issues:
If you notice any damage, shortage, or error upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours at Info@cabprocabinetsupply.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Unfortunately, we cannot process claims or accept returns reported after 48 hours.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning products. If an issue arises that was the result of our error or a manufacturer defect, please reach out to us first — we’ll review the situation and work quickly to make it right.
Order Accuracy:
All quantities and product selections are the customer’s responsibility at the time of order. We encourage careful review before confirming your purchase to prevent delays or complications.
