Welcome to CabPro Cabinet Supply LLC. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to CabPro Cabinet Supply LLC. We operate this store and website—including all related content, tools, products, and services—to provide customers with a curated cabinetry and design experience (collectively, the “Services”).
CabPro Cabinet Supply LLC is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services to you.

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our store (online or in person), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use or access our Services.

SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and that any dependents using the Services do so with your consent.

To purchase or access certain features, you may need to provide contact, billing, or shipping information. You agree that all information is accurate and current and that you have authority to use the provided payment method.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS

We strive to accurately represent all products. However, colors and finishes may appear differently due to device screens, lighting, or paint variations. Product details and availability may change at any time without notice.

Custom, Assembled, and Painted Orders

  • Assembled cabinets and custom-painted finishes are available only for delivery or pickup within the Anderson, South Carolina area.

  • These products are made-to-order and therefore cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production begins.

  • Customers are responsible for verifying all measurements, specifications, and finish selections before approving an order.

  • If an assembled or custom-painted order is placed outside the Anderson service area, CabPro Cabinet Supply LLC may cancel and refund that order or propose a suitable alternative.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities sold to any customer or region.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Orders are accepted only once payment is processed and confirmed.

Please review orders carefully before submitting; cancellations or modifications may not be possible once accepted. If we decline or adjust an order, we will notify you by email or phone using the contact information provided.

Your purchases are governed by our Returns & Warranty Policy.
By purchasing—online, in person, or by invoice—you agree to those terms.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling unless stated otherwise.

We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods. For in-person transactions, payment may be made by card, check, or approved financing. Returned checks or declined payments may incur bank-related fees.

You agree to provide accurate billing details and authorize us to charge the full amount due, including taxes, shipping, and any restocking or redelivery fees as applicable.

SECTION 5 — ESTIMATES AND IN-PERSON SALES

For in-person estimates or design consultations:

  • Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

  • A deposit or signature on an estimate constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

  • Deposits for design or custom work are non-refundable once production or drafting begins.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All deliveries are subject to our detailed Shipping Policy.
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

Once a shipment is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
Please inspect shipments promptly upon arrival and report damage within the required timeframes listed in our Shipping Policy.

SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, and materials on our site—including text, logos, graphics, and images—are owned by CabPro Cabinet Supply LLC or its licensors and protected by law.
You may not copy, reproduce, or modify any materials without written permission.

SECTION 8 — OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Third-party tools or links provided through our Services are offered “as is” and without warranty.

CabPro Cabinet Supply LLC is powered by Shopify, which provides our e-commerce platform.
All sales are made directly between you and CabPro Cabinet Supply LLC.
Shopify is not responsible for any transactions, warranties, or product issues arising from your purchase.

Cabinetry sold by CabPro Cabinet Supply LLC is covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty, if applicable.
Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and installation address, and excludes labor, misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

To initiate a warranty claim, contact Info@cabprocabinetsupply.com with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
We reserve the right to inspect and determine warranty eligibility before replacement or repair.

SECTION 15 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Except as expressly stated, all products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees that use of our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.

Some jurisdictions may not allow limitation of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
